It also gives everyone the opportunity to express there own thoughts without the present fear of physical reprisal. so you can say whatever the fuck you feel. that's gotta be close to modern freedom.
It certainly makes for a well rounded debate on some issues that you would not necessarily get in any other forum. Great stuff.

Someone once said that we are known by our friends.
Well it is probably also true that we are known by our blogs and the things we say. Bloggers of a certain kind tend to stick together. It is surely the most direct medium on the planet to electronically swap views and stuff. After all.. at the end of each keyboard there is a real person typing.. thinking and formulating posts or responses. And as in life..there is unfortunately a fair share of wierdos, crack heads and downright tits!
But for journalits.. it poses a massive change, as their audiences are on the case instantly. This has to be a good thing, so they had better get used to it.
